A distributor shall be entitled to cancel participation in the marketing program at any time and for a reason with written notice to the Company. Upon such notification of cancellation or termination, the Company will issue a refund code.

The distributor will be able to return, and the Company will re-purchase, any unused inventory of supplies, sales materials, business kits, product packages and so forth at full price paid by the distributor, less a 10% re-stocking fee, for a period of two years. Distributor will be responsible for any freight charges incurred in returning any unused materials to the Company.

In addition, Candle Light Crafts will make you this guarantee -- If you buy a kit and begin making candles, and you decide this business is just NOT for you, in the first 30 days, we will repurchase all of your remaining supplies, at our cost from the company.
